Helpful staff, favourable location. We loved having kitchen. The place is 1 km away from Penryn downtown. It offers reasonable prices.

Everything was excellent! Friendly staff; quick check in. We enjoyed our good sized room. We went to chilli indian takeaway, located just next door to, to have some dinner...

Nice base for exploring Penryn. Hotel was so contemporary! Everywhere in the room was very clean. Besides, the parking was on site.
